Builder-led visual inspections to help homebuyers understand visible concerns, the likely building implications and practical next steps. Casa can arrange authorised access directly with the selling estate agent.
Inspection fee credited back: when Casa is instructed to complete agreed building works after purchase, the inspection fee is credited against those works, subject to quotation terms.
